  • Caroline Niski, Senior Customer Success Manager


    Our dynamic Senior Customer Success Manager, Caroline Niski, manages a diverse portfolio spanning significant sports leagues to Fortune 500 companies. With decades of experience, including partnership sales at Learfield, she has honed her sports marketing and business development skills. A proud alumnus of the University of Maryland, Caroline was a scholarship athlete for the NCAA Division I Varsity Volleyball Team and stood out academically.

  • Rachel Hornak-Gunn, Director Customer Success


    Rachel Hornak-Gunn is an accomplished MBA graduate from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in marketing, business technologies, and organizational behavior theory. With an affluent sports marketing and events background, Rachel has showcased her customer-centric operations and brand strategy expertise at companies like Persado and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Her experience is further enriched by her tenure at the University of Pittsburgh's Department of Athletics, where she drove brand reviews and shaped marketing plans. 

  • Seth Haltiner, Senior Product Manager


    Former Director of Business and Data Strategy for the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC), Seth brings knowledge and direction to the Relo product team. Outside of data and product, Seth has visited six continents and has attended sporting events on five, most notably the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.


  • Hope Allen, Social Media Operations Sr. Analyst


    Hope Allen brings her trailblazing spirit to Relo Metrics, following her tenure as the head of marketing and events at Old Glory DC, Washington's first professional team in Major League Rugby. Armed with a Sports Marketing Masters Degree from Georgetown University, her expertise in the global sports social media landscape ensures impeccable social operations for clients at Relo Metrics. Outside of work, Hope also contributes seasonally to the Washington Wizards and is a proud owner of a Stanley Cup ring from the Washington Capitals’ 2019 NHL championship final.

  • Maya Herm, Director, Customer Success - EMEA


    With experience across the sports industry, on and off the pitch, Maya leads strategy on growing Relo's impact in sponsorship measurement and media analysis for brands and sports properties along with powering business outcomes for Relo's client base. With a passion for women's sports and belief in its commercial viability, Maya has led the charge in Relo's involvement in the space by founding the Women's Football Collab, a program for women's football clubs in the UK while also bringing the teams together to meet and collaborate monthly on all topics across measurement, data, media valuation, sponsorship, commercial strategy and more. Fun fact, Maya was in a music video as a child. 


  • Rory Rigney, Commercial Director, EMEA


    Rory Rigney is a seasoned sports commercial executive with over 15 years of expertise in sports and broadcasting. Currently serving as the Commercial Director for EMEA at Relo Metrics, Rory has made significant contributions at Liverpool Football Club, Sky Sports, and Little Dot Studios, where he achieved a remarkable 500% revenue increase in sports. His tenure at Sky saw him excel in commercial development and sports rights, delivering key partnerships and substantial returns on multi-million-pound investments.
